An established General Contractor is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing team in Indiana. This person will manage ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What We're Looking For:

Multifamily, senior living, or assisted living construction experience highly preferred 3+ years of construction project management experience preferred General Contractor experience strongly preferred Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout Procore and/or Bluebeam experience preferred
