Construction Project Manager Details:
Direct Hire position $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project completion. Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to determine project scope, requirements, and timelines. Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and overall project performance. Lead project teams and provide guidance, support, and oversight to Assistant Project Managers and other project personnel. Coordinate with Superintendents to schedule labor, equipment, and material deliveries. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. Lead pre-construction activities, including constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, subcontractor and vendor scoping, and pricing evaluations. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed. Assist with permitting requirements and project compliance activities. Ensure projects comply with safety, EEO, insurance, and labor requirements. Partner with Health, Safety, and Environmental personnel to promote and maintain safe working conditions on all projects.
Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Previous project management and leadership experience within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Experience using construction management and project management software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Experience managing commercial building construction projects. Experience with pre-construction planning, value engineering, and design-build projects.
