ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced drywall finisher to join a full-time, temp-to-hire team in Columbus, Indiana. In this hands-on role, you'll finish drywall to a high standard and help create clean, professional wall and ceiling surfaces. This is a first-shift position with steady weekday hours and a strong benefits package.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Finish drywall by taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing surfaces to a high standard. Operate drywall finishing equipment, including automatic tapers and related tools. Apply a variety of texture finishes to walls and ceilings. Work safely and effectively on stilts, scaffolding, ladders, and elevated work surfaces.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Extensive experience in drywall finishing. Strong proficiency with auto tapers and finishing tools. Experience operating drywall finishing equipment. Strong drywall sanding and finishing skills. Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods. Ability to work full-time on first shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May be subject to a background check.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience working on scaffolding and elevated surfaces. Experience working on stilts. Valid driver's license.
