Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and coordinate field operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with deep knowledge of steel construction processes and strong communication skills, capable of managing crews, subcontractors, quality control, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations on multiple structural steel and ornamental metal projects Coordinate and manage onsite crews and subcontractors to ensure optimal performance Enforce safety protocols and maintain a strong emphasis on jobsite safety compliance Monitor progress and schedule activities to align with project timelines Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and engineers to resolve issues Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and drawings Provide leadership and mentorship to field teams Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years' experience in construction supervision, preferably in steel fabrication/erection or a related field Proven track record managing projects from pre-construction to completion Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills Solid understanding of jobsite safety standards and OSHA regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Why Join Us Be part of a growing company with a strong reputation in steel fabrication and erection Work on varied and challenging structural and ornamental metal projects Competitive compensation, benefits, truck allowance, and bonus opportunities Collaborative, team-oriented environment that values safety and craftsmanship How to Apply Please submit your resume here or send directly to zac.lubin@gogpac.com with the subject line "Superintendent Application."
