THIS POSITION REQUIRES 3RD SHIFT FROM 11P-7A EVERY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY WITH THE OPTION FOR ADDITIONAL HOURS WHEN ADDITIONAL TIME OFF IS REQUESTED

You'll play a vital part in making each guest's visit memorable and enjoyable. Weekend availability is a must! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Operate the property management system (PMS) efficiently to process reservations, arrivals, departures and financials transactions accurately Conduct demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits of the hotel and its' loyalty program Assist with maintaining marketplace inventory by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Engage in upselling techniques Handle cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, basic math calculations, and transaction reconciliation Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely Experience Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with hotel or customer service operations is preferred but not required Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in guiding team members or managing tasks Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with customers and team members alike Experience with PMS systems, cash handling, and retail math ensures smooth transaction processing Demonstrated excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
