- Multifamily construction experience Ground-up construction experience Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience Experience managing projects from sitework through completion and turnover Experience coordinating subcontractors and field personnel Experience managing construction schedules and project milestones Experience with wood-frame multifamily construction Experience with sitework, foundations, structural systems, building envelope, MEP systems, interiors, and finishes Experience conducting subcontractor meetings and coordinating daily field activities Experience managing project safety and site compliance Experience performing quality control and punch-list management Experience coordinating inspections and working with local authorities Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications Experience identifying and resolving field conflicts Experience coordinating material deliveries and site logistics Experience maintaining daily reports and project documentation Knowledge of OSHA construction safety standards Strong communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and scopes simultaneously Ability to maintain project schedule, quality, and safety expectations Proficiency with construction management and scheduling technology A bit about us:•Our client is an established multifamily construction and real estate organization specializing in the development, construction, and renovation of residential communities.
