Indianapolis, Indiana Pay Range:
$105,000 - $135,000 We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. Superior is looking for a Project Manager to help drive our electrical construction projects forward. The Project Manager is responsible for helping make operations on-site more efficient and will play a key role in our contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. This role is based on a jobsite in Indianapolis, Indiana. Key Responsibilities Manage the creation and submission of RFI's, and ensure that all RFI's are integrated into the project documents Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on the lifecycle of the project submittal process Support with the creation, submission, and management of change orders Capture the progress of our work by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsite Monitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leaders Work closely with the Foreman on delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite Lead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stock Begin to develop an understanding of project finances, working closely with Project Operations and Finance leader Your Character Traits You're organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail You're a strong communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organizationYour Expertise Required:
You have at least 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management or equivalent field management experienceBonus Points:
You earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degreeBonus Points:
You're experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M to $50M Bonus Points:
You have extensive knowledge in construction management softwareBonus Points:
You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationBonus Points:
