Job Description
The role of our Project Managers is to plan, manage, supervise, and complete projects according to quality standards, deadlines and budget while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Project manager acquires resources and coordinates the efforts of team members, principals, and subcontractors in order to deliver projects according to plan and budget.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Works with Superintendents and Project Coordinators to define overall plan for execution of the project Work in partnership with Superintendent to ensure that the project is being constructed in accordance with the contract requirements, industry standards, and within schedule Reviews and updates weekly and or monthly job status reports Manage potential schedule delays and promptly notify all parties via request for extension of time and/or additional costs as per terms of Contract Maintain open transparent communication with Spohn team with regard to any and all problem areas on a project Maintain good relationships with all parties, internally/externally, involved with the project Effectively communicate project expectations to team members, customer, principals, and installers in a timely and clear fashionRequired Skills/Abilities:
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEducation and Experience:
Effectively reads, understands, and executes contracts and purchase orders Proficient in reading and understanding construction documents (architectural, structural, mechanical, specifications, etc.) Experience with Metal Panels, Railings, and Skylights a plus Experience with management of multiple subcontractors and material suppliers a plus Proficiency managing multiple concurrent projects, on time installation, and within budgetJob Type:
Full-time Pay:
