What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals throughout Clark and Scott Counties. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and person-centered support. Ensure employees maintain required certifications and complete all mandatory training. Program & Service Excellence Oversee service delivery and ensure support plans are implemented effectively. Collaborate with clients, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and maintain individualized goals. Provide guidance and oversight to ensure services are delivered with dignity, respect, and quality. Help individuals build community connections and access meaningful opportunities. Compliance & Operations Maintain documentation and records in accordance with Medicaid, CARF, FSSA, DRS, and agency requirements. Monitor program performance, billing, productivity, and reporting. Ensure compliance with agency policies, best practices, and regulatory standards. Coordinate client meetings, reviews, and service planning activities. Working Leadership Serve as a hands-on leader by providing direct support and billable services when needed. Respond to client and staffing emergencies as necessary. Represent New Hope Services in the community through outreach and engagement activities. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with individuals with disabilities. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems. Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Supervisory or management experience. Knowledge of Medicaid Waiver services, CARF standards, and person-centered practices.
