Why You'll Love It Here Day shift only — no rotating shifts, no required weekends Climate-controlled facility Family-owned since 1981 with strong values Career growth and skill development Generous PTO — 120 hours (3 weeks) in year one Affordable medical, dental, and vision Company-paid life insurance & short-term disability Paid holidays Free online learning library Team lunches, ice cream days, holiday events, and more $1,000 Signing Bonus $250 after 3 months $250 after 6 months $250 after 9 months $250 after 1 year What You'll Do Set up and run manual mills and lathes to machine precision parts Handle milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench work Interpret blueprints and specifications Inspect work throughout production and adjust to meet tolerances Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform routine equipment maintenance What You Bring 1+ year of machining experience Experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench operations Blueprint reading proficiency Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving Reliable attendance; able to start at 6:00 a.m. Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Skills CNC programming (required for higher-level machinist roles) Advanced setup and machining experience Hours & Location Jeffersonville, Indiana 44-hour week — Monday-Thursday 5:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.; Friday 5:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Who We Are Amatrol designs and manufactures technical training systems, interactive eLearning, and hands-on simulators used by manufacturers, colleges, universities, high schools, and training organizations around the globe.
