Job Description
Position Overview Responsible for the overall construction management of assigned projects, coordinating owner, subcontractor, and government-regulator relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to required quality standards. Responsibilities Establish and implement the responsible contracting entities, ensuring the responsibilities of the contractor (Party B) are fulfilled externally and the responsibilities of the owner (Party A) are coordinated internally. Prepare and review the construction organization design and construction plans, and submit them for owner review and approval. Execute project construction management, coordinating with the owner, subcontractors, and government regulators to facilitate project progress. Manage project safety, schedule tracking, quality control, change management, and cost control, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with required quality standards. Cooperate with the owner's management requirements and participate in coordination meetings to ensure safe and orderly site construction. Develop commissioning plans for equipment and systems at different project stages, complete equipment testing and commissioning, conduct acceptance procedures, and hand over to the owner. Handle all necessary construction permits and administrative procedures, organize and compile documentation for each project phase, and complete inspections and acceptance to ensure compliant and orderly project implementation. Implement project cost control, promptly confirm additional work quantities and site variations outside the original budget, and be responsible for contract payment collection.
