We are a thriving real estate investment company managing over 750 rental units across Kokomo and Indianapolis. Every year, we complete hundreds of renovation and make-ready projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead our Project Team through all vacant property renovations and make-ready projects Manage detailed scopes of work and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Schedule technicians, coordinate vendors, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects moving Track and manage project KPIs, timelines, budgets, and profit margins Communicate project updates, completions, delays, or issues with internal teams This is an in-office position with approximately 20% of the time spent in the field at project sites.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years project management experience or similar industry experience Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to stay calm under pressure, handle conflict, and keep moving forward Great organizational skills and time management High sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset Experience managing renovation, construction, or property maintenance projects Self-starter who can identify problems, develop solutions, and take action without constant direction Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Ability to anticipate project roadblocks and proactively resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets High level of accountability and ownership over assigned projects Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where independent judgment is required daily Proven ability to communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders Ability to analyze information, make recommendations, and drive projects to completion
POSITION EXPECTATIONS
This is not an entry-level position. The Project Manager is expected to take ownership of projects from start to finish, manage competing priorities, make informed decisions, and resolve issues with minimal supervision. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, urgency, independent thinking, and advanced problem-solving abilities. Obstacles such as vendor delays, budget concerns, scope changes, and unexpected maintenance issues are a normal part of the job. The successful candidate must be able to identify issues, develop solutions, communicate effectively and keep projects progressing without requiring constant oversight. The ideal candidate is proactive rather than reactive, takes accountability for results, and consistently identifies and addresses issues before they become larger problems.
COMPENSATION
$30-$35 per hour, based on experience
