Lebanon, Indiana Contract:
Initial 12 months Working arrangement: Fully on site Key responsibilities:
- Measure and verify completed construction works
- Review contractor payment applications against verified progress
- Evaluate change orders, variations and claims
- Maintain cost reports, commitment logs and earned value records
- Monitor subcontractor performance
- Support commercial issue resolution and invoice certification
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years' experience in quantity surveying, commercial management or cost leadership
- Experience supporting large-scale industrial, commercial or pharmaceutical construction projects
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, payment certification and change management
- Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and GMP environments preferred
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience Interested or know someone suitable?
