The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of Habitat for Humanity of St. Joseph County construction sites. This position ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved plans, quality standards, schedules, and Habitat requirements. The Site Supervisor serves as the primary on-site leader for construction staff, subcontractors when applicable, volunteers, and future homeowners completing sweat-equity hours. This role combines hands-on construction knowledge with leadership, organization, teaching, and the ability to work effectively with individuals who have a wide range of construction experience—from skilled tradespeople to first-time volunteers. The Site Supervisor works closely with the Director of Construction to keep projects moving forward, identify problems early, maintain safe and organized job sites, and ensure Habitat homes are built with quality and stewardship in mind.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
