Job Description
MS-IL Staffing & Packaging is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Account Manager to support daily warehouse operations at one of our client locations. This is a hands-on leadership support role working both on the production floor and in an onsite office environment.
Pay:
$21.50 / hourSchedule:
Monday to Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM (One flex shift 9AM to 5:30PM)Location:
Plainfield, IN The Onsite Account Manager serves as the primary MS-IL representative at the client site, helping coordinate recruiting, onboarding, attendance tracking, associate support, and communication between MS-IL and customer leadership. This role does not make final disciplinary or staffing decisions, those are escalated to the Branch Manager and customer leadership, but plays a key part in maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct facility tours and assist with interviews and skill testing Support new hire orientations and onboarding processes Complete attendance and performance coachings/warnings Assist with recruiting efforts for open positions Document and complete incident reports Track and review attendance Maintain strong communication between onsite leadership and MS-IL Update associate profiles and records as needed Reinforce safety practices, SOPs, and quality standards Monitor work areas to ensure compliance with procedures Support client expectations and daily operational needs Provide backup support in other areas when needed Adapt to changing operational priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse, production, or logistics experience preferred Minimum 6 months of experience in a lead or supervisory support role required Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to reinforce policies and maintain professionalism Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety Physical & Work Requirements Fully onsite in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and reaching Must follow all PPE and safety guidelines Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required Consistent attendance is essential Interested?
