Direct Hire (Full-Time) Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Install Manager to lead our field teams and oversee the end-to-end installation phase of our construction projects. This role is the bridge between project planning and physical completion. You will be responsible for managing on-site crews, ensuring rigorous quality control, and maintaining high safety standards while keeping installations on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Field Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate multiple installation crews, ensuring optimal resource allocation and daily performance.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring all installations are executed efficiently and meet project specifications.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement installation schedules and best practices to enhance field productivity and site safety.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless hand-offs and alignment on timelines.
Quality & Compliance:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address technical hurdles, and ensure all work complies with building codes and quality standards.
Safety Management:
Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company protocols across all active job sites.
Performance Tracking:
Prepare and analyze daily/weekly installation reports, budgets, and metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Team Development:
Facilitate training for crew members to sharpen technical skills and foster a culture of professional growth and engagement.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in construction operations, installation management, or field project management.
Leadership:
Proven track record of managing crews and overseeing multiple job sites simultaneously.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of construction processes, installation techniques, safety regulations (OSHA), and quality control.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, clear communication, and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as project priorities shift.
