Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead/Foreman to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Coordinate project schedules using construction scheduling software to meet deadlines. Enforce OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions. Oversee construction site operations, including quality control, safety management Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and adjust plans as necessary for schedule coordination. Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management regarding project status and issues. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety regulations. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams on active construction sites. Excellent communication skills for effective managerial oversight and client interactions. Background in budgeting, project scheduling, quality control, and construction. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on safety standards and project timelines. This position is for a highly skilled WORKING foreman. Need to be able to use his head and think on his feet. Open to learning new things and adaptable.
