We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager to support our federal landscaping operations at Fort Riley. This role requires someone with excellent client service skills, attention to contract compliance, and the ability to lead crews and coordinate daily operations across a large, complex site. You'll serve as the primary contact for on-base leadership while ensuring our safety-first, performance-focused culture is upheld. We invest in strong leaders who own outcomes and back client conversations with real-time data, documentation, and proactive solutions. What You'll Do Serve as the point of contact for military and civilian leadership overseeing grounds contracts Act as the client's on-site advocate—anticipating needs and communicating clearly across teams Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with safety procedures, government regulations, and contract terms Conduct regular site audits and quality control inspections; document results and corrective actions Coordinate with production teams, crew leads, and mechanics to ensure workflow is maintained and standards are met Track site activities, issues, and communications using Aspire Software Support contract renewals, service adjustments, and budgetary input as needed Lead client meetings, respond to concerns quickly, and maintain trust through clear and timely follow-through Identify service gaps and enhancement opportunities, then develop and present proposals Maintain a minimum 95% retention rate across assigned responsibilities Participate in internal training programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract-specific requirements Who We're Looking For Previous experience supporting government, military base, or large-scale facility services preferred Client-facing operations experience with a focus on accountability, compliance, and detail Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills Comfortable working outdoors and in a highly regulated, field-based setting Proficient in documentation and tracking tools (Aspire or similar CRM preferred) Valid driver's license required Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport for federal base access Must be able to pass federal background screening and drug test Why Join Munie?
