We are looking for a strong leader who can manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships while keeping projects safe, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities Manage multiple heavy civil construction projects from startup through closeout Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Monitor project costs and overall financial performance Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams Manage orders, pay applications, invoices, and subcontractor agreements Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project requirements Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, procurement, and project documentation Attend project meetings and regularly visit jobsites Maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, inspectors, and municipal agencies Monitor project safety, quality, productivity, and progress Ensure projects meet KDOT, MoDOT, municipal, OSHA, and contract requirements Help resolve project issues and keep work moving forward Qualifications 5+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience Experience with street rehabilitation, concrete paving, flatwork, and municipal infrastructure Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and cost control Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and contracts Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
