This role requires strong field leadership, clear communication, and a commitment to HHCG's standards of quality and client service. Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site construction activities for ground-up and renovation projects Coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and maintain overall project flow Ensure work meets HHCG quality standards and complies with contract documents Enforce jobsite safety practices and maintain a clean, organized site Complete daily logs, photos, and reports; maintain communication with the Project Manager Participate in owner/architect (OAC) meetings and provide field-driven solutions Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals to proactively resolve conflicts Manage punch lists, quality control, and project closeout Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial construction Strong knowledge of structural, MEP, civil, and finish trades Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules Proven ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, owners, and project teams Proficiency with tablets, email, and field software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam a plus) Valid driver's license Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Health insurance and retirement benefis, including 401(k), available Opportunity to work on local projects with minimal overnight travel Growth opportunities within a high-trust, relationship-driven company culture Schedule Full-time Primarily local work; limited regional travel may be required depending on project needs Work Location On-site at project locations in Wichita and surrounding areas
