A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
- Manage multiple remodeling and specialty auditorium projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with external architectural firms throughout project execution
- Review architectural plans and construction documents for compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate with specialty partners and consultants to ensure design standards are met
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Support permitting efforts and track permit approvals
- Review shop drawings and construction documentation
- Assist with RFP development and project initiation activities
- Communicate project status updates to internal stakeholders
- Ensure consultant teams address all required feedback and revisions

- Experience managing architects, consultants, contractors, or project teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Architectural project management experience
- Experience working on commercial renovation or remodel projects
- Leadership experience coordinating external consulting teams
- Permitting and entitlement experience
- Experience working with specialty construction projects or partner-driven design initiatives Architecture, interior architecture, engineering, or related degree
