One of my clients is in need of an experienced Project Manager to join their team in the Kansas City area. This is a great opportunity with a well-established commercial contractor looking for someone who is well versed in structural concrete and steel erection and can confidently manage projects from preconstruction through completion.

Duties Include:

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee structural concrete and steel erection scopes, schedules, budgets, and coordination Manage project budgets, contracts, schedules, change orders, and overall project execution Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Identify and resolve project challenges while keeping jobs on schedule and within budget Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners

Requirements:

Proven Project Management experience in commercial construction Strong experience with structural concrete and steel erection construction projects Solid understanding of the construction process from preconstruction through closeout Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and multiple project stakeholders Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Someone who takes ownership, works well with field teams, and takes pride in delivering quality projects Why This Opportunity?
