Director of Construction in the Fire & Water Damage Restoration Industry!
SALARY:
Base Salary $130,000 to $150,000
Plus Commission Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement construction strategies aligned with our overall business goals.
Project Management Oversight:
Ensure consistency and excellence in project management activities across multiple business units.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor project managers, estimators guiding them toward success and professional growth.
Talent Acquisition:
Recruit new project managers and subcontractors to enhance our construction department's capabilities.
Key Qualities:
Experience:
Bring 5+ years of experience in the construction industry to the table.
Xactimate Proficiency:
Proficient with Xactimate, enabling you to streamline project estimation and management.
Supervisory Skills:
Showcase supervisory or management experience, demonstrating your ability to lead teams effectively.
