The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction Minimum 3 years of multifamily construction project management experience Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and field operations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently manage project responsibilities A strong sense of ownership and accountability A "go-getter" mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong organizational and leadership skills The ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment A Type-A, results-driven personality with a focus on execution What's on Offer Interested?
