Job Description

Focus Workforce Management is currently seeking a motivated, high-energy Onsite Coordinator to join our team at our manufacturing facilities in Washington, KS. The Onsite Coordinator manages administrative duties, recruiting, and serves as a point of contact for field employees. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong people skills, effective team building, and the ability to remain positive through adversity.
Hours:
6:30am-5:30pm
Monday-Thursday Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain close communication with field employees and the supervisors.
  • Assist with team training, provide clear instructions, and monitor participation.
  • Address injury or incident situations as they arise.
  • Engage in community outreach and volunteering to increase local visibility.

  • Payroll Duties and other Office duties
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management.
  • Articulate verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing is preferred.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
