We are partnering with a well-established mechanical contractor seeking a driven leader to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects across the United States. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing large-scale projects, and are open to travel, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations. Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and field personnel. Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders. Monitor project costs, change orders, and profitability. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Travel to project sites as needed throughout the United States. Qualifications 5+ years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience. Background in commercial HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical systems. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Viewpoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar). Willingness to travel.
