Job Description

Construction Project Manager Cincinnati, OH Full-time | Onsite $85,000-$105,000 per year Nybaris Build is expanding its construction operations from Dayton into Cincinnati and is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead projects across the new market. You will manage work from the initial handover and planning stage through site delivery, client updates and final closeout. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands how to keep construction projects moving without losing control of schedules, budgets or quality. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients, while receiving operational support from the established Dayton team during the Cincinnati expansion. What you will manage Build and maintain project schedules, budgets and delivery plans. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and required materials. Review drawings, specifications, estimates and project documentation. Track progress against agreed timelines and address delays before they affect delivery. Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal teams. Review purchase orders, invoices, change orders and cost information. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, workmanship and project requirements. Maintain accurate records covering decisions, variations, approvals and outstanding actions. Work with site leadership to support quality and safety standards. Manage project completion, final inspections, outstanding items and closeout documents. What we need from you You should have at least three years of experience managing or coordinating construction projects. You will need a practical understanding of scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination and the different stages of a construction project. You should also be confident reading plans and specifications, managing several priorities and communicating directly with clients. Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend or a similar platform is useful but not essential. A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to project locations around the Cincinnati area are required. Salary, schedule and benefits The salary for this Construction Project Manager position is $85,000-$105,000 per year, depending on relevant experience and the scale of projects previously managed. The usual schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional early site meetings or additional hours may be required when projects reach important delivery stages.
