Job Duties:
Provides frontline support for the Start Center by delivering exceptional customer service, serving as the first point of contact for students and the community, connecting individuals with appropriate campus resources, maintaining accurate records, supporting daily operations and scheduling, collaborating with team members to ensure an organized and safe environment, and assisting with departmental projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School required, Associate's preferred Must be able to work independently. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work independently and adapt seamlessly to fast-paced, dynamic environments. Skilled in engaging and supporting students from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Forms, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a community college setting
