Hopkinsville, KY Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours per week) — No nights or weekends Position Overview Homeland Inc. is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Full-Time Property Leasing Manager to oversee daily operations at an apartment community in Henderson, Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Full-Time Benefits Paid vacation and sick leave 11 paid holidays Company-paid life insurance Partial health insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan with a 2.5% employer match (on a 5% employee contribution) Optional Additional Benefits (eligibility waiting periods may apply) Dental and vision insurance Cancer and critical illness coverage Airlift policy Supplemental life insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing maintenance requests, concerns, and retention efforts Manage all leasing activities, including: Responding to inquiries Following up with prospective tenants Conducting property tours Preparing and completing lease documentation Market available units through social media (e.g., Facebook business page) and other outreach methods Coordinate maintenance and property upkeep, including: Scheduling repairs Overseeing unit cleaning and inspections Managing make-ready processes Following up with tenants Perform financial and administrative tasks such as: Recording rent payments Processing deposits Submitting invoices Maintaining accurate tenant records Complete additional office and administrative duties as assigned by the Regional Manager Minimum Qualifications Strong administrative, sales, and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong follow-through
