Construction Project Manager

Serving Eastern Kentucky for over 50 years, Gilpin Construction is a trusted commercial builder committed to quality, teamwork, and long-lasting craftsmanship. We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish and help us continue building structures that stand the test of time. This position is based in London, KY, and requires proven experience managing commercial construction projects. You will oversee commercial construction throughout Eastern Kentucky, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to our high standards. What You'll Do Be involved in initial job estimating and budgeting Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings Use project management software such as ConstructionOnline, Bluebeam, Smartsheet or E-com Create and maintain project schedules, monitor project progress and address issues as they arise Estimate, order, manage, and coordinate materials and equipment with field teams What You'll Bring Experience managing commercial construction projects Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle Detail-oriented and highly organized work style Commitment to quality workmanship Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Why Join Us Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Reginal- Eastern Kentucky work
