The ideal candidate will have experience working for a General Contractor or Construction Manager , with project experience in healthcare, education, industrial, and/or concrete construction preferred. Project Executive
- Construction Responsibilities Provide executive-level oversight for multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers and project teams to ensure successful project execution. Establish project goals, priorities, schedules, and performance expectations while monitoring overall progress. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company and client expectations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support future business development. Participate in hiring and interviewing for key project and leadership positions. Provide guidance on project challenges, risk management, financial performance, staffing, and overall project strategy. Ensure project teams are aligned with company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable industry regulations. Project Executive
- Construction Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction experience will be considered.
Minimum of 15 years of successful commercial construction project management experience , including significant leadership responsibility. Proven experience managing large-scale, ground-up construction projects valued at $15 million or more . Experience leading multiple project teams and mentoring Project Managers. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, cost management, risk management, and project controls. Experience working with applicable construction regulations, codes, and industry requirements. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and client relationship skills.

$110,000.00
