Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Redlee Construction & Development, Inc., located in Louisville, Kentucky, is looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our team. This individual will oversee all aspects of building commercial construction projects of all sizes. This includes preparing contracts, developing and implementing project schedules, preparing and completing monthly billings for each project, and reviewing and approving shop drawings and submittals. The candidate will work with the on-site superintendent to coordinate job progress and schedules, attend weekly progress meetings with the owner, architect and sub-contractors, and must be able to interact and efficiently communicate with the architect, design team, project manager and owner. We are looking for an energetic individual who is a self-starter and has a positive attitude. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred. 3 - 5 years of experience in construction project management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Professional oral and written communication skills. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
