Construction Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level leadership and oversight for large-scale healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards Lead planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial accountability Oversee contract administration, including review and approval of contracts, change orders, and compliance requirements Direct, mentor, and develop Project Managers, field leadership, and subcontractors to drive performance and accountability Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, healthcare administrators, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory and healthcare compliance standards Collaborate with internal teams including preconstruction, estimating, finance, and operations to ensure seamless project execution Provide strategic oversight of operations, contributing to business growth, resource planning, and executive decision-making Champion a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement Senior Project Executive - Construction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with healthcare project experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of construction processes, building techniques, and project management methodologies Proven leadership experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects and teams Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, CMiC, ASTA Powerproject, Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam) Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills Strong problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment TalentLogistiX is a workforce business solutions provider.
