General Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Field Electrical Supervisor - Multi-Family to support electrical field operations in Nicholasville, KY and the surrounding area. This position requires a strong electrical background, leadership experience, and a current Master Electrical License. The Field Electrical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating field work, supporting crews, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Supervise and support daily electrical field operations. Coordinate with field personnel, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure work is completed according to company standards, safety requirements, and applicable electrical codes. Monitor job progress, identify issues, and communicate updates to leadership. Maintain accurate job documentation, records, and reports. Support scheduling, planning, and completion of assigned work. Help resolve field, customer, and operational concerns professionally. Promote a safe, respectful, and productive job site environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 4-6 Specific Qualifications Qualifications Valid Kentucky Master Electrical License required. Previous electrical field supervision or lead electrician experience required. Strong knowledge of electrical work, job site safety, and field operations. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check and motor vehicle record check. Ability to work on-site in Nicholasville, KY and surrounding areas. Skills and Abilities Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Professional and respectful customer service skills. Ability to use smartphones, tablets, computers, Microsoft Office, and job-related software. English speaking, reading, and writing required where necessary to safely perform job duties. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders and stairs, and work throughout the day. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds. Ability to work indoors, outdoors, in attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces, elevated areas, and active job sites. Ability to work in varying weather conditions, construction noise, dust, and other job site conditions. Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment. Ability to sit for extended periods while driving between job sites.
