$80,000-Hours:
8:00 AM-5:00PM Employment Type:
Full-time; primarily onsite. Hybrid may be considered based on experience. Japanese language ability required to communicate effectively with primarily Japanese-speaking business customers. Position Summary The Account Manager develops and maintains B2B customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities for automation engineering services. The primary focus is supporting existing accounts, with additional responsibility for business development. Professional Japanese proficiency is required for frequent communication with Japanese-speaking customers. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop assigned customer accounts through regular visits and communication. Understand customer production needs, goals, and future plans and recommend appropriate solutions. Research and develop new B2B prospects and business opportunities. Prepare quotations and manage project schedules, budgets, orders, and sales data. Coordinate with engineering, suppliers, subcontractors, and administrative teams throughout projects. Present products/services, negotiate agreements, and provide post-sales support. Monitor pending orders and resolve customer concerns promptly. Analyze sales information and industry trends. Travel regularly to customer locations, including out-of-state day trips.Qualifications Required:
Japanese language ability sufficient for professional customer communication. B2B sales/account management experience. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage priorities proactively. Strong organization and attention to detail. Microsoft Office proficiency. Flexibility for frequent travelPreferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field. Manufacturing industry experience; automotive preferred.Benefits
