Summary We are seeking a Hardscape Foreman to join our team at Evergreen. In this role, you will be responsible for leading in hardscape construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position is vital to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and results for our clients. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and construction for various landscaping projects. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Ensure quality control measures are followed during the construction process. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Experience in hardscapes or related construction fields preferred. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic knowledge of construction management software is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
