Full job description Landscape Construction Project Manager Hoogland's Landscape — Bossier City, LA Full-time, on-site

• Monday-Friday, [6:45 AM-5:00 PM], with occasional Saturdays during peak season (typical day ends between 5:00-5:30) $55,000 - $75,000/year, depending on experience About us Hoogland's Landscape has been designing and building landscapes across the ArkLaTex for over sixty years, now under the fourth generation of the family. We handle everything from full custom landscape design and installation to hardscaping, outdoor kitchens, water features, lighting, irrigation, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients across the region. The role As our Landscape Construction Project Manager, you would take projects from signed contract through final walkthrough — building the schedule, running crews and subcontractors, managing materials and job costs, and keeping clients informed along the way. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to read and build from construction drawings, and the judgment to solve problems in the field without losing the schedule or the budget. What you'll do Manage multiple landscape construction projects at once, from pre-construction planning through punch list and closeout Read and work from construction drawings, planting plans, and grading and drainage plans Manage project schedules and P&L; coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries Order and track materials, and manage job costs against the estimate Serve as the main point of contact for clients during construction — set expectations, give updates, and address issues before they become complaints Walk sites daily to check layout, quality, and progress Enforce safety standards and keep sites clean and organized Document change orders and communicate scope or cost changes promptly Work with our design team to make sure what gets built matches what was sold What we're looking for 5+ years managing landscape, hardscape, or site construction projects Working knowledge of hardscape installation, grading and drainage, irrigation, and plant material Ability to read plans and translate them accurately to the field Comfortable leading crews and holding subcontractors accountable Highly organized, with the ability to juggle several active jobs without losing details Excellent communication — you'll be in front of high-end residential and commercial clients regularly Proficient in Google suite, CRM software, Slack, etc. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pull long trailers Able to work outdoors in Louisiana summers, walk on uneven terrain, and lift heavy materials as needed Nice to have (not required) Degree in construction management, horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field. Equivalent field experience considered in place of a degree. Bilingual English/Spanish Familiarity with job-management or estimating software (Aspire, LMN, Buildertrend, QuickBooks, etc.) Louisiana irrigation contractor license, horticulture license, or
