In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our crews, overseeing the daily execution of drywall, painting, & renovation projects from kickoff to final walkthrough. You aren't just managing schedules; you're managing quality, safety, and the reputation of our brand. If you have a background in construction, home repair or handyman services, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lead crews with authority and respect, we want to hear from you.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Project Oversight:
Manage the full lifecycle of residential and commercial drywall/painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high quality standards.Team Leadership:
Supervise on-site crews and subcontractors. You'll be responsible for scheduling, performance management, and fostering a culture of accountability and safety.Process Optimization:
Refine site workflows to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless handoffs between drywall and painting phases.Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and property managers, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving any on-site issues.Estimating & Materials:
Coordinate with the sales team to review project scopes, order necessary materials, and ensure the right equipment is on-site before the first bucket of mud is opened.Quality Control:
Conduct rigorous final inspections. If it's not "Patch Perfect," it's not done.P&L Accountability:
Monitor project costs (labor and materials) to ensure healthy profit margins and report performance metrics to leadership.Experience & Requirements Construction Expertise:
Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. You must understand the technical aspects of drywall, finishing, and painting.Project Management Background:
Proven track record of managing construction or handyman-style projects.We specifically value experience in:
Subcontractor Management (General Contracting environment) Property Management (Maintenance and renovation oversight)Leadership Skills:
Experience supervising crews and the ability to "speak the language" of the trades while maintaining professional standards.Strategic Planning:
Ability to look at a project schedule and anticipate bottlenecks before they happen.Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with project management software, CRM tools, and basic digital estimating.Communication:
