What You'll Do:

Coordinate daily field operations, resolving subcontractor issues and site conflicts. Enforce safety protocols and perform toolbox talks, audits, and corrective actions. Monitor jobsite activity and identify risks early; implement mitigation strategies. Ensure full compliance with drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scope. Lead weekly progress updates and maintain communication with PMs and stakeholders. Maintain detailed daily and weekly field schedules that align with the master plan. Document and address non-compliance issues promptly, ensuring accountability and corrective action. Proactively identify field risks and develop contingency plans to maintain schedule integrity. Communicate job site goals and milestones clearly to all field staff and subcontractors. Conduct regular quality inspections and site audits to ensure compliance with specifications. Facilitate daily subcontractor coordination meetings to align on schedule and resolve field issues.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Deep familiarity with sequencing, methods, and OSHA safety standards. Proficient in field documentation, scheduling tools, and Procore. Skilled at reviewing and interpreting complex construction plans. Strong leadership and communication with both field teams and office staff.

Bonus Experience:

Prior field experience in the trades. Familiarity with Louisiana subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting. Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred but not required).
