We're looking for a hands-on, organized leader to run the field side of our specialty services division: post-construction cleaning, floor care, carpet care, and pressure washing across the New Orleans metro area. What You'll Do Review each new job with the sales rep who sold it — budget, labor hours, materials, and scope — before it is scheduled Staff and schedule crews based on skill and specialty Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, Leads, and Technicians in the field Run QA inspections and sign off before the customer does Keep every job on budget — track labor and materials against cost, catch variances early Own equipment readiness, safety compliance, and crew development What We're Looking For 3+ years in commercial cleaning, restoration, flooring, or construction — with 1-2 years leading a crew or team Hands-on knowledge of floor care, carpet care, and/or post-construction cleaning Comfortable working a budget, not just running a job Strong communicator who can juggle multiple sales reps and job requests at once Valid driver's license, clean driving record and background, reliable transportation If you've led crews in construction, flooring, restoration, facility maintenance, or commercial cleaning — this could be your next move.
