Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site interior renovation projects at our apartment communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily residential construction specializing in renovation work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all construction renovation activities on-site Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Manage subcontractors, vendors, and laborers Conduct quality control inspections and enforce safety regulation Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders Solve problems proactively and address construction issues efficiently Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years in multifamily construction supervision
Education:
