Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain high-quality output. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster a safety-first culture, and support continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes. Duties Supervise all aspects of the production process, ensuring timely and efficient operations Enforce safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety protocols Coordinate with teams to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards Implement and monitor manufacturing procedures aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Conduct regular inspections of equipment and workspaces, identifying maintenance needs or safety hazards Lead training sessions on mechanical knowledge, safety standards, and proper use of heavy lifting techniques Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing management or a similar leadership role in a production environment Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes Knowledge of safety standards applicable to production facilities, including PPE use and heavy lifting protocols Familiarity with GMP regulations and best practices for quality assurance Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced setting Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for process optimization Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the role Pay based on experience Join us as we build a safer, more efficient manufacturing environment where your expertise makes a real impact!

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
