The Project Manager/Estimator will oversee and coordinate Electrical and HVAC projects from initial estimating and planning through completion. This position will work closely with technicians, contractors, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Estimate Electrical & HVAC construction projects Coordinate projects from planning through completion Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and contractors on job sites Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion Review electrical/HVAC schematics, blueprints, and specifications Inspect installations and equipment for quality, functionality, and code compliance Troubleshoot project and system issues and develop solutions Track materials, inventory, work orders, and project documentation Coordinate with customers, vendors, and field personnel Maintain accurate project records and budgets Ensure compliance with construction safety requirements Train and support field staff on proper installation and maintenance practices

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

✅ Experience is a MUST ✅ Proven experience in Electrical and/or HVAC construction estimating ✅ Strong project management and coordination skills ✅ Knowledge of electrical/HVAC systems, schematics, and blueprints ✅ Experience developing and managing project schedules ✅ Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols ✅ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
