Our client, a leader in infrastructure development, is seeking a Sr. Construction Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Construction Manager, you will be part of the Construction Operations supporting complex and mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

$140,000 - $185,000 What's the Job? Lead and manage all field operations related to Division 26E scope, including enabling infrastructure, conveyance systems, grounding, and bonding interfaces. Drive project readiness, coordinate multi-trade interfaces, and establish installation discipline to ensure timely project delivery. Oversee installation activities, monitor daily production, and maintain alignment with project milestones and release requirements. Support testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities to ensure system readiness and successful turnover. Mentor and develop field leadership teams, including Foremen, to strengthen execution capabilities across the project. What's Needed? 8-12+ years of experience in construction execution, field operations, or mission-critical infrastructure environments. Proven experience managing Division 26, electrical, or low-voltage scopes in complex projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both self-perform crews and subcontracted teams. Excellent understanding of systems such as grounding, bonding, and installation dependencies. Effective communication skills with a focus on driving accountability and team collaboration.
