Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day construction execution within the assigned areas related to the installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of critical control systems, sensors, PLCs and SCADA , ensuring alignment with project plans and milestones. Conduct daily site inspections to verify progress, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams to address technical queries and ensure compliance with procedures. Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and coordination sessions with contractors to reinforce expectations and resolve issues. Validate progress claims, manpower levels, and productivity against the approved schedule and plan Provide accurate input for weekly and monthly progress reports, including forecasts and recovery actions where needed. Support interface management by ensuring smooth coordination between contractors and disciplines working in adjacent areas. Maintain strong working relationships with contractor supervisors and client field representatives.Qualifications And Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management. Equivalent progressive site-based construction experience in supervisory or management roles will be considered. 20 years of construction experience with significant site leadership responsibility on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects in the Instrumentation & Control discipline Proven capability managing multiple subcontractors and high-volume work fronts concurrently Strong understanding of the Instrumentation and control systems within a construction site and abide to code and regulations. Strong understanding of field execution, sequencing, and construction coordination across disciplines Demonstrated record of safe, high-quality, on-time delivery in complex, fast-track environments Experience in Data Center or mission-critical facility construction is highly preferred Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Professional certification in Construction Management or Site Supervision is preferred. Formal training in Advanced HSE or Quality Leadership is preferred.
