Construction Project Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, bidding, and buyout Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Superintendent Oversee procurement and track long-lead items Prepare and present budgets and schedules to clients Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders Review and approve invoices, expenses, and schedule of values Ensure compliance with project requirements and documentation standards Lead project meetings (subcontractor and internal) Monitor project financials, forecasting, and reporting Manage project closeout and final deliverables Support field operations to ensure successful project executionQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience (life science and hospital/medical facility) Experience with bid leveling, buyout, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Proficiency with Procore; familiarity with Textura, Bluebeam, and BIM/Revit preferred OSHA 30 certification would be a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office, includingMS Project Benefits:
