A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

What You'll Do Manage projects from preconstruction through final turnover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Review contract documents, identify constructability issues, and manage RFIs, submittals, permitting, and project documentation. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and procurement activities. Negotiate and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders. Lead project meetings, coordinate field operations, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators while fostering a collaborative project team. Manage project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, turnover documentation, and financial reconciliation. Support business development by building strong client relationships and identifying future opportunities. What You'll Bring Experience managing multifamily or residential construction projects; affordable housing experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. PHIUS Certified Builder (CPHB) certification or Passive House experience is a plus.
