Description Lead all on-site construction activities and serve as the primary field representative on assigned projects. Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Management team. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct daily site inspections to monitor quality, safety, productivity, and adherence to contract documents. Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges, schedule impacts, and field conflicts. Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety requirements. Facilitate and lead subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and coordination meetings. Review construction documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate execution of work. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project logistics, site access, material deliveries, and workforce planning. Oversee punch list completion, project turnover, and closeout activities. Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other field staff. Additional Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated success delivering projects within dense urban environments, including occupied neighborhoods, tight site logistics, restricted access conditions, and coordination with local municipalities and stakeholders. Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, podium, and other complex ground-up projects in urban settings. Ability to proactively plan and execute construction activities while minimizing impacts to surrounding businesses, residents, and public infrastructure. 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with progressive field leadership responsibilities. Proven experience managing large-scale ground-up and/or complex renovation projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools. OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred). Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required.
