Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking an HVAC Foreman to join our growing team. Our company specializes in large-scale multi-residential and light commercial new construction projects (major apartment and condo developments) and we're continuing to expand. With a team of 300+ tradesmen, a state-of-the-art facility, a large fabrication shop, and a strong reputation in the industry, we invest heavily in our people. Responsibilities :

Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on large new construction multi-residential (apartment and condos) and light commercial projects Coordinate and manage HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints. Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their productivity and performance. Ensure all HVAC work is performed in accordance with industry standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications, maintaining high-quality workmanship. Determine staffing requirements, allocate resources, and schedule work assignments to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines. Promote and enforce a safe working environment, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations, and implementing appropriate safety measures on job sites. Maintain accurate records of project progress, equipment inventory, and job costs, providing timely reports to management as required.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team. A valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Pay:

$48.00 - $55.00 per hour
