In office position Attleboro MA (5 days to start, WFH flex once ramped up) National travel to jobsites 1-2 times/month

  • Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for: Leading and managing cleanroom construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule Coordinating with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives Managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to resolve project issues and mitigate risks Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

The Successful Applicant The right Project Manager has the following qualifications: Commutable to office in Attleboro, MA Willingness to travel to jobsites Nationwide (1-2 times/month) and work nights/weekends as needed 3-5+ years as a PM with a GC Large ground up project experience (ideally $20M+) Open to any project types (lifescience, lab, healthcare, MEP) clean room experience is a plus Strong procore & construction management skills
  • can teach the cleanrooms piece Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment Bachelors degree (ideally Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering) PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
